Guide on how to buy links

I did a bit of searching around before I posted this but:

Is there a 2020 updated guide on "how to buy links at BHW and what to consider".

As stupid as it may sound, some of my questions include:
- What do they usually place their links in? Do they write an article just to link you?
- What is a 1 year sticky?
- What are the penalty risks and how does Bug G even know?

Just trying to start buying links but have no clue the actual mechanism and how it works...

1. It depends on the link type you purchase. For the guest post, sellers usually write an article and publish it along with your link.
2. It means your post will stay on the home page for a year passing maximum link juice to your site.
3. It's a vast subject and you need to spend some time reading all of that.

I wouldn't recommend you to buy any link at all considering your current position. It's easy to lose money in the SEO game and permanently hurt your website in the process so, you better take a pause and get familiarize with all stuff before you spend your money!
