i tried to do black hat seo on google people are still doing it on daily basis shows but i can't able to processed............ promoting third party forum or domain as doorway page and getting traffic to their website, they rank their link in one day in top searches ........... can anybody guide me with it

Theres a ton of guides on how to do blackhat SEO. You just have to take the time to read and learn.

If you know exactly what they are doing, then try it out for yourself. Try on different domains so you can get an idea on the results you get.
