Guide me where to spend 1000$ in the MarketPlace.

I just want you to push me into taking my first step

I have a Website which is Adsense approved and has ads running but currently on 0 visitors a day,
Also i have ready dropshipping site which is not professional but only Okay

Also as i am internet user since 2008, i am familiar with almost every making money method but didnt spend alot muich in any.

Here is the ideas that comes into my mind everyday but i need someone to tell me, Yes go for it :

1. Buy SEO package which is apprx 250$/Mo
2. buy professional dropshipping site from fiver for 250$ + social media ads scaling package for 400$ and spend 200$ on ads
3. buy 15k instagram account and grow it with the packages offered by members in this site

which one do you recommend me to go for it, i need to start i want to start now!

If you're asking where to spend money on, you're not quite ready. Read some threads related to what you're doing, create a plan and then spend your dollars on first step to reach that plan.

Ditto, you might actually have a better chance of making some money while throwing this $1k playing poker

As @PHP-Rockstars stated u don´t really ask "Where to invest money" do your research and spend once u know what you are buying and why.

On top of all the things above, SEO packages are NOT magic. You don't throw 250usd to "Batman hacks the Googli" and expect to rank a new domain for "best dild" in 1 month no matter what the sale thread said. Lurk, read a lot, trace a plan with realistic expectations and stick to it.

Spend $50 on a few good drinks and a nice little dinner for yourself. Keep the $200 safe and start reading the forum.

Most seo packages are repeat so you don’t need to them again and again, you need to study link building section, check journey section to understand what others have done

Don't spend this big money, firstly you need some knowledge. Secondly you should read this forum threads.

Men, don't use that money right away. Go into the journey's section and follow one that's similar to yours. Try to replicate their success by doing what they're doing.

None sounds like a good plan. It looks like you need to do some more studying. Keep reading the forum and make a more thorough plan.
$1000 is a lot of money, don't waste it.

I already made my own researches, and almost know how does everything work

For example i already have ready adsense accepted domain
Maxbounty ready account
aged domains and alot more.

but i was looking for recommendations whats better to start with

None of that will work.

$1000 is a tiny amount of money and isn't enough to generate anything back.

You need at least $100k if you want money to work for you. Ie, you can then go and buy a site that's earning money and invest a little more each month to grow it. That's pretty easy/safe providing you do a little research first.

But $20k? You can buy a site doing what, $500/mo. A site at $500/mo is very unstable and subject to shifts in earnings if it loses a couple of key rankings compared with a $2k-$3k/mo site you'd get for $100k.

So if you can't even generate income from $20k, then you can imagine how $1k is completely out the question.

$1k or $20k will only amplify YOUR ability to make money.

1. A $250/mo seo package is probably not going to do shit. Unless you know what you're doing, how to set up a site, pick keywords, optimize content and what kind of links to build, some package won't generate you income.

2. Nothing from fiverr has value except things like testimonial videos or logos. You certainly aren't going to get some dropshipping business worth anything for $250. A social media ads scaling package won't do anything either. That's just some guy selling you likes and shares. It won't generate you revenue. $200 on ads is a waste of time. You can't just buy some ads. You need to know what you're doing in terms of email marketing, funnels, frontend/backend sales, upsells, downsells, how to target, how to create videos or sales pages for the audience you've targeted. It's hard. It's not something you can throw $200 at your dropshipping from fiverr business and profit.

3. You can make a little money from shoutouts. This is probably the closest option to something that could work, but to make this work you wouldn't buy an instagram account or packages. You'd learn how to grow your own instagram account and learn about the psychology behind what makes people want to like, comment and share things.

You want better chance of making money?

Go down to your local casino and put your $1000 on red or black. You have a 48-49% chance of doubling your money. That's higher than any of these, which are more like 1-2%
