There are a number of instances where someone would want to have a dedicated browser / proxy combo dialed in. Personally, it's important to me when it comes to managing multiple Reddit accounts for posting / commenting purposes. Most people don't know, as it's not an easily accessible feature, but you can setup / utilize multiple profiles in FireFox. These profiles are independent instances of the browser, each with their own set of unique user information and settings. So you want to easily tie accounts to an exclusive proxy? Here's the easiest way I've found to do it.

Step 1: Go download and install FireFox

Step 2: Make SURE FireFox is completely closed.

Step 3: We'll be launching the profile manager. Directions vary depending on OS.

Windows: Windows key + R. Type the following in the run input and press enter
Code:
firefox.exe -p
OSX: Run the following command in Terminal
Code:
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -profilemanager
Linux: Run the following command in Terminal
Code:
firefox -P command

Step 4: You should now see the following dialog, which is the FireFox Profile Manager

Create a new profile. I'd suggest having the name correspond with the accounts you'll be using it with. Will make it easier to keep track of everything if you're managing a bunch of accounts.

Step 5: Go install the FoxyProxy Add-On

Step 6: Once installed, click the FoxyProxy icon in your FireFox toolbar to open the FoxyProxy options.

Step 7: Click the Add New Proxy button on the right hand side and enter your proxy details (let me know if you need a recommendation) in the Manual Proxy Configuration section and Save.

Step 8: Activate the proxy by clicking the "Select Mode" dropdown and selecting the proxy you just added.

Step 9: Check to make sure your proxy is working.

Step 10: Pop a bottle of Moet.

Congrats, you've just setup your first instance! Now, repeat step 3-8 as many times as you need for multi account dominationnnnnn!

Or you can download multiloginapp and do this way easier :)

This is a great share and I really appreciate it, cheers!

Thank you for this great share. I tried foxyproxy but without Firefox profiles.

the free way is the best way.

Depends how much you value your time.
I buy 100 Reddit Upvotes from OP and it costs like $50.
OR I do them myself.
Time to make accounts - 2hours
Time to do 100 votes - 1 hour

So it's gonna cost me 3 hours to do votes myself. Or around $15/hr.
I'd much rather pay the $50 and use those 3 hours doing something much more profitable or go to the beach and have a surf

paying for everything won't help u learn.

I know how to make Reddit accounts
I know how to use tor/proxies
I know how to use multiloginapp

Why would I not use my skills to earn 50/hr instead of paying someone $15/hr to do a menial task for me

Ok. How about the footprints for each accont? Will there be a footprint of user 1 to user 2? Thanks!

I would like to add to this, webrtc should also be disabled for each firefox profile.

Nice share.

Just to note, TorBrowser is also great for this type of thing and is definitely worth checking out if you haven't already.

Just an update.. Finally decided to checkout Multiloginapp... And yeah, WAY more convenient than dealing with FF profiles. Free up to 10 profiles. This software is the real deal. About to upgrade to a paid plan now. Literally can't recommend it enough!
