I'm going to tell you how I actually started my IM journey a few years ago!
All you need to do is drive traffic to your site and they take care of everything. When members register, they will start getting messages from girls (that also come as an Email) and in order for them to read the message, they have to become VIP! When they become VIP, they will have a recurring payment for 3 months, so every conversion will give you $$$ for atleast 3 months.
Datingfactory will give you 75% and they take the rest.
What I did was the following:
1) Bought a domain and pointed it to Datingfactory
2) Picked a niche (General adult is what I chose)
3) Chose between one of many templates and added some text to the frontpage
4) Started posting on a forum that is very big in my country in the threads that were talking about topics like "How to get laid easy" and "Has anyone tested fuckbuddy sites?" I wrote a story about how I always find horny women on this site, and sometimes I wrote a more detailed story about some woman I met there. I wrote 5-6 posts in different threads, using different accounts, to expose my link to as many people as possible.
And that was it! I had between 100-300$ comming in 100% passively every month for more than a year, since the forum had so much traffic my link got clicks every single day, all year around, and people thought I was just some random Joe that actually found some horny woman to fuck on this site, so they want to give it a try too!
I sold my site in the end of 2017 for 3000$ because I needed to get some cashflow, but this is a method that is still working, and you can twist it in whatever way you want to get it even more traffic and conversions. For example you can setup social profiles as a hot girl and state that your username is "xxx" on your site. In order to search for members you have to become a VIP
