[GUIDE] Lose weight easily.

@Chaffrey

That's great to hear man, and the picture on my profile picture is David Laid, not me :)
I've been lifting for 4-5 years, and went from 56kg to 98kg at 198cm height (click here for image)

Sadly I have no space at home for more, but in quarantine I am struggling with 12kg dumbells and bands lol.... bit different than barbell lifts I'm used to in the gym!

Oh ok, then as its not you, can you tell me if this type of gynecomasty means the dude has been charging on products ?
Or can it happen to a natty ?
(No bad feelings about non-natty at all btw, just curious)

Bro, that is AMAZING, you almost doubled your mass wtfff, much respect !
On top of that you're a giraffe like me and managed such an evolution, this is really motivational for me, thanks for sharing !

I'm all in legs so gaining abs pecs etc... is easier as I got a smaller torso
But legs.... what a pain in the ass..
At least I managed to close the gap between my quadriceps but the calves don't want to hear about it :(

Yeah must feel shitty when you're used to the real deal, hopefully you'll soon be back throwing the barbells in the ceiling at the gym :)

No problem man, I like to motivate people and make them hop on the health train. May always PM me for advice.
He is definitely not natural, but of course he claims to be as he's under a contract with his sponsor :D

Hi, guys, if I have a good health plan which I want to share with others for some bucks. Where I can make this? Platforms, sites or apps

Although I admire your aspirations to make money, we are in an obesity crisis, people are dying from obesity, and a lot of people don't know a way out. If you have any information on good health plans, share it for free, do a good deed :)

I thought this was common sense & that everybody knew this. Of course, it's not just about eating healthy. Staying active helps a lot. But, I don't think anyone's actual goal should be losing weight but being healthier. :)

It would only be common sense if you were educated in this area. Personally for me, I didn't know there was starchy / non starchy vegetables. The only thing I was tought in school was "Eat your vegetables" little did I know, you should limit certain vegetables from your diet.

I love potatoes, and I eat potatoes all the time, but this is something I need to cut down, that I was never informed about. And you would be surprised how hidden this information is, I've read various books, non of which have discussed this, no doctors have informed me of this to lose weight either.

Go ahead, ask your friends and family which vegetables they should limit, and which vegetables they can eat lots of every day. You'll be surprised how misinformed the public are on this.

Anyone that is overweight, losing weight = healthier :) Even overweight people who eat a healthy diet, have twice as much risk of heart attack.

For some, the goal to be healthier, includes multiple goals, one of which is weight loss.

I'm personally inactive, as I work 12 hour shifts at home, followed by hours of SEO after work, I rarely get time to exercise, my diet is key to maintaining a healthy weight :)

With BHW members, I can share it for free, but I don't want much money for it. It will be a symbol price. It is not only a diet but It is a healthy style of life.

The way I prefer to lose weight is intermittent fasting while calorie counting. So, I work out my Basal Metabolic Rate and then eat 500 calories a day less. But, I don't work it out each day, I do it weekly.

Then I do OMAD (One Meal A Day). That means I have about 1700 - 1900 calories a day to eat whatever I want. Some days I will eat low-calorie meals, and other days I will eat the shit I like. Pizza, or whatever.

The biggest problem that I see with people who are overweight is that they like to eat shit (I am one of them). I will eat salad, etc. but if there is the option to have pizza, I am all over it.

Conclusion:

Weekly calorie counting with 500Kcal daily deficit + OMAD = eat shit and lose weight.

You have to stick at it, and it can get hard, but it is by far the best way I have found. I hope it helps someone.

Disclaimer: Eating shit will not ake you feel "healthy" like a good diet of real food will, but you will lose weight while not feeling deprived.

10lbs off since 01/01/21

Welcome to Black Hat Slimmers :)

P.S I've tried every fad diet
So I realise that some people on here might be a bit chubby like me, or in my case just plain fat after a Christmas binge, and may want to lose weight, but not really knowledgeable in the food department.

Well here is my list. I'm pretty much use to binge eating, followed by fast weight loss stripping. So I built this list as my go-to everytime I need to go on a stripping session.

P.S I've tried every fad diet you have ever heard of over the last 7 years, I promise you that the below is the easiest. (It's not a fad diet, it's just a healthy diet that fills you up without pounding on the calories)

What to eat daily/in large amounts:
Low-starch vegetables (greens, mushrooms, cucumber, zucchini, etc.)
Lean meats (poultry, seafood)
Low-carb/high fiber plant-based proteins (tofu, tempeh, chia seeds)
Low-sugar fruits (berries)
Light dairy (yogurt, greek yogurt)

What to eat in moderate amounts (i.e. mind the portions!):
Starchy vegetables (potatoes, corn, etc.)
Less lean meats (beef, pork)
Certain plant-based proteins (nuts, seeds)
Moderate-sugar fruits (peaches, apricots, apples, pears, oranges, etc.)
Moderate dairy (skim milk, hard cheeses, light cheeses like feta, goat cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, etc.,)
Healthy oils (olive oil, sesame oil, avocado oil—again, mind the portions!)

What to eat occasionally/rarely (or on special occasions):
High sugar fruits (tropical fruits like pineapple, mangos, bananas, with some exceptions, like papaya and guava)
Dried fruit (because this is basically candy lol)
Heavy dairy (heavy cream, butter, cheeses made from whole fat milk)
Less healthy oils (hydrogenated oils, palm oil... which is found in many chocolate bars!)
And, of course, junk food!

How to use this list for shopping?

Create a spreadsheet, with 3 columns: Group A, Group B, Group C.

Now google the first item on the list "Low starch vegetables list" and choose which foods you like from this list, add them to your shopping, and stick them in group B

Repeat this for each food type.

Group A: Healthiest / Eat as much as you can
Group B: Moderate amounts, healthy but don't binge or you will gain weight.
Group C: Avoid adding anything to this list if possible, but if something is irresistible then go for it.

Your goal is to each as much as Group A as possible, whilst including a bit of group B into your diet.

It will be pretty easy to diet using this method. And remember guys, any type of sugar whether it's glucose, fructose, sucralose etc has shown a massively strong correlation with obesity. Harvard have a good article on this.

So always minimise sugar intake and count your calories!
Are you losing weight with this?

Are you losing weight with this?

Yes, my non starchy vegetable is carrots, and my starchy vegetable is potatoes (mainly oven chips with salt and vinegar)

You can obviously pick multiple, but I'm a picky eater so that's all I like from the vegetable section.

The most important thing is to create good habits. When it become a part of your life you won't have to be so strict.
Much good luck with your journey!

I have started cycling and skipping dinners mostly and refrain from eating sweets.

Giving up entire on booze. I'm hoping to lose about 15-20 pounds in 2-3 months.
Updating this thread. I lost 18 pounds so far and daily I'm making sure to move 10k + steps brisk walking early morning. As I informed I have gave up on booze and it really helped. Now not skipping meals but I got to control on fast food and intake of sweet foods. I believe this is a good progress and hoping to lose another 20 pounds in next couple months. Will report back.
