Great tips and presentation - Save us lots of eye-power reading white text on a dark background.
I have one question though - if it's okay to ask - how (and where) exactly do you get hundred of retweets weekly? Sort of puzzle as most deals I found on Fiverr is one to two tweets per $5.

This looks quite powerful but you should consider adding Twitter retweets also. I have seen couple of people offering that service in BST section. one of my friend recently did a test and he was able to rank on #1 simply by using retweets. Obviously the niche was easy and the competition was daam low. But you get the idea how powerupful those retweets are.

If Panda attack on your website, then how to move him away from our website?
For that, Is link diversification is the best option or some thing diferent I need to remove the penalty?

If you got a penalisation the first step is to do this little diagram that I posted.
After you diversified your links and anchor text as much as you could,then start doing some more guest posts and blast them with BH tools

No,I do this mainly for my homepage,but I do it sometimes on inner pages where I have harder keywords that needs the no.1 spot

Pretty sure the OP said they have a tier 2 but haven't drawn it out - that would be where the scrapebox blast goes
