(Guide) How to upload high quality video on Instagram with Android ?

I have seen many Android user are looking for the high upload setting for Instagram reels.

Here is the solution.

Account- Setting - Cellular data use. Than set up this settings.

High resolution media = Cellular +Wifi




Also save your video in High quality

I have exported my videos in 4k but when i get to know this Instagram compress 4k video to minimum quality and recommend size is 1080p than i start to export my video in 1080p .

( this is on the experiment step from myself. Anyone can add your view about this in the comments)

hey, I am also shooting and exporting in vn editor in 4k 30 fps, but reels always look shit.

For next one i will try to do 1080p and also i read somewhere that they love reels which are small in size like 20-30mb and they don't compress it much

and i checked my sizes of 4k 30 fps vn editor files and they are all above 150+ maybe that's the case that my reels are getting compressed and looking shit
