I've had a lot of problems lately to stay orginized. I have so many things to do, so many things to read and so many things to think about. I use a lot of time just to think what I need to do, what others in my team need to do, what I need to do after what I am doing now and so on. And SO much time is just wasted when I'm hopping from task to another without actually even doing anything useful.

So I found this very useful little online tool - http://www.toodledo.com

This tool is free (theres a pro version that is $15/year), and is extremely helpful. You can control your tasks and create to do list, repeat tasks daily/weekly etc., add priorities to tasks, set hotlist and alarms and much more. Also with pro version, you can share the lists with your team so everyone stays on the same page. Using a tool like this makes makes you much more productive and motivated.

And I dont have anything to do with the service, just wanted to share it because I am sure many of you have same problems to keep everything orginized.

this tool sounds pretty useful...i'll check it out

I was looking for the same thing; I am sick of Excel.
