Hey guys,
due to the missing tips and experience here on bhw i will make the start and give you some help on how to get more viewers or followers on Twitch.
Maybe some of you already know these things but i will write down the things i know and add more over time and maybe some of you can also comment things which can lead to more engagement.
First of all you have to keep the elementary things which are essential to grow on twitch.
1. Good quality(at least webcam, good microphone, panels, and if you use it also overlay)
2. Entertainment(you have to entertain people even if there is noone watching you TALK! about home, about your day, about work, about the game or upcoming games, there is a reason why more entertaining people have more viewers. Its hard to start but you will learn and get experience)
3. Durability(if you start streaming you should keep streaming. dont stop after 1 week or 1 month if you see no results. Also try to stream on the same days everytime and do it EVERY TIME, people won't watch you if you have excuses for not streaming on a days you promised to stream. Its hard work and you run your own business and someone who has a business has opening hours. People won't come to your shop tomorrow when they waited in front of closed doors today, let that sink. I can tell you i had times where i streamed everyday for like 30 days and 6-8 hours a day on weekends and with more freetime on my reallife work i did 10-12 hours streams everyday but i never had one day "closed". i dont want to say that you have to do this also but ask yourself how much time you have to stream in a week and keep these times.)
4. CONTENT(this is an important thing, in the past, you could grow on twitch just using twitch. Nowadays i think its unpossible to go viral on twitch without the help of another plattform. You have to produce content parallely to twitch on youtube, instagram, facebook, reddit, whatever. Youtube would be the most common thing as streamer. You can lead people from youtube to twitch and also from twitch to youtube. Maybe some people also now you from instagram....Just because i have my link in my IG profile i get followers daily without even being live. So produce content on youtube and instagram while you want to grow on twitch.
5. FUN(most important thing so far, don't stream for making money, except you have big titties and want to ruin the gaming world like all these attention whores who would better fit to p***hub or onlyfans. Joking aside,
you have to have fun streaming games and please only stream the games YOU want to play, not your audience. Sometimes it may be hard but your attitude changes if you play games you actually dont like.)
So far these are the most important things you should consider and maybe you already knew them, now i will tell you some other things you may not knew who can really help you!
THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNEW.
1. Discord Trick
Find popular streamers in your country or game niche and get on their discord servers! You have to find Servers which have nitro boost role at the top of their lists of moderators subscribers etc.
In this example as Game Apex Legends Server Germany with 8000 members!
In this case a big german streamer who has nitro booster at least on the very end on first site:
Other big streamers have the no role for nitro booster but maybe only for subscribers like this one
Now let me give you the information who is the most important for you!
Discord uses ASCII Table:
0 to 31 is irrelevant but now the bomb drops. 32 is space, Discord does not allow to start with space in your usename so you start with 33 the "!" exclamation mark. if you put an exclamation mark in front of your discord name
you will be listed in every role at the very top! So if someone also has a "!" in his name just put a space between the ! and your first Letter. I found the best solution which is !space"username So in my case ! "Movementking or ! (Movementking. That worked for me best and as you can see iam always at the top in these discord servers.
Now purchase Discord Nitro and you can boost 2 Servers per month or buy a subscription on twitch on one of your popular streamers, change your name like the ASCII Table and activate streamer mode in discord.
Now, if you start streaming there will be a note that you are streaming at the moment under your name, people can klick on it and get immediatly to your stream. Trust me if you do this on big servers there are so much people who will come to your stream. Maybe they just want to look who you are and immediatly close the window but i had a lot of followers who said i saw you in this discord at the top live streaming and iam pretty sure i also got some lurkers through it.
