I'm using this method for a long time and so far it's working for me.
Follow instructions and get nice traffic:
1. Find fast hosting which will accept proxy hosting
2. Make PHP proxy site with domain you want to use for your site.
3. Submit your link on best free ten proxy topsites
4. Wait 7 days and you will have great traffic
5. After 7 days change your domain to your site and still you will have same or more traffic.
With this method i made three sites which are around 300k on alexa and my traffic stats are very nice.
