Yup. Before you go do anything like this... think about it this way. Google displays many ads all across the network. They track a click through ratio. That is the number of clicks on ads versus the number of visitors to sites. With this method you will see that each visitor (or close to it) to the site clicks the add giving you a Click Through Ratio of near 100%. Google has a lot of data to compare your click through ratio with other sites, as well as the average statistical click through ratio among other things. They probably have a TV on the wall that is a control chart for every single site running adsense and a flag that pops up for anybody outside the statistical range. (You might think this is crazy, but remember Google has to prevent click Fraud to keep its money maker Adwords working), this may not be how they do it, but they are doing it.
In essence my point is if you have a 100% CTR the IP address doesn't matter, they know you are pulling something because the CTR for content adsense is not even close to that, I would bet it isn't even close to 1% might not even be .5%, so you can see 100% would sound loud alarms.
Also remember most of those proxies in Scrapebox are not US based which would be another flag. Oh look at XYZ.com amazing 100% CTR on content ads all from asian countries. That's odd users from Asian Countries usually only have a CTR on this add type of .002% or whatever it may be.
On a limb, Google can link accounts by the IP address that you use to send them an email, it wouldn't surprise me if they could actually somehow get the IP you are really at as opposed to the Proxy, or maybe they use MAC address or something. It is GOOGLE who knows, but I wonder if a proxy would even fool them when it comes to this.
Glad you are willing to share though, that's great. So many people now days don't want to share or bash anybody who tries which then makes even less people want to share. Pyronaut gave good advice - try it before you share it.
Think of it this way:
Learn or Experiment > Implement > Teach/Share what works
