Does eBay track if you use the same bank accounts linked to a previously blocked account?

Also, what's a good proxy provider to buy proxies from to use for eBay?

eBay can track because the information related to the previously blocked account has been blacklisted by eBay. It is best that you use a new bank account that has not been linked to any account. For proxy providers, you can refer to IPv4 residential proxy, you can refer to the Proxy Store section of Hidemyacc.

i also need several ebay accounts but they are buyer accounts. Cant use same mobile number to verify at the beginning. How do you get passed that"

There are quite a few services that offer phone number rentals. You can research them or check the marketplace section to ask for recommendations. eBay links SSN with accounts, so sellers of eBay accounts usually provide this information as well. As for bank accounts, it's best to use one bank account per eBay account, just like how you create separate profiles in an anti-detect browser for each eBay account

If it's a buyer eBay account, you can create it yourself and rent a phone number to register the account

Hey is it true that you can safely use the same name surename and date of birth like on the susspended account. Loads of people tell me that.

I used a new name and address, I used a different bank account that I had not used before <- different name from what I signed up for on eBay.

I used multilogin to remove fingerprint, i listed 1 item and I still got banned.
I also used a phone number, but it was a different country than my current location.

multilogin also was putting me in different states everytime I logged in, could this have increased suspicion from eBay?

After creating account, I wasn't banned. Do I wait to list an item? If so, how long do I wait?

Can you please help with what I need to do to not get banned?

Do not offer to pay people for accounts.
You will get every scammer under the sun private messaging you saying they can do it. Then take your money and run.
Read through this section and pick up all the information you can. Then try it out. EBay and Amazon are trial and error to make it work.

No one mentions anything about needing to put a real ssn or not for stealth accounts. Do you know any guides that have helped?
