[GUIDE] How to actually use Reddit

valuable information. I remember once I've posted an article about one of my apps. The app has features that outperform its competitors. Guess what, Got a spam tag in less than 30min. That was my last time posting in Reddit.

nice post regarding how to use reddit for your benefit, yes you have explain the 1 out of 10 ratio post very well and that is one of the main point while doing promotion of your product or videos or anything on Reddit.
 
Really interesting post OP, I’ve a Reddit account that is about a year old but I’ve not really known what to do with it or how to use it to generate traffic.

I’ve tried to take some of the info from op’s post and implement it with my account, I was the first to comment on a topic with thousands of followers. The result is my karma has jumped from 10 to 450........food for thought on how to grow accounts
 
Good post. Actually I just started reditt so basically i will be making a subreditt for my site.
Also please mention in your post that user may actually ask for more karma as there is subreddit for that.

Think of subreddits as small forums with very specific niches.
Take an example GameDev subreddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/gamedev/
They have 302K subscribers, all who are interested in game development.

Any time someone posts in this subreddit, and it gets a few upvotes, all the subscribers will see the post in their news feeds.
Got a product related to this? Udemy courses, books about game development, game development software, etc.
I've promoted thousands of products this way, and it works every time. People on Reddit are buyers. Subreddits are huge lists of buyers of specific niches.

There are a few ways. Since I wrote an eBook about it, I won't talk about it publicly.
 
First of all thanks for your full detail guide, That's why most peoples are love to use BHW. And also I want to share my experience with Reddit. I m a Google AdWords expert and run AdWords for local business owners and I personally found 4 clients from subreddit. So Reddit is good for everything if you use it correctly.

A good guide, easy stuff for us that spend a lot of time on Reddit.

One thing worth noting--a link posted on Reddit with 10 upvotes will turn into a do-follow link. A clever programmer with a few reddit accounts can make a pretty good back-link bot this way.
