NOTE: This guide is not for indexing thousandss of backlinks
1.) I have a .info domain
2) I take all my backlinks and split them in batches of 50-70 links each
3) I use http://anchorlinks.net/ to create anchor links , the anchor text is the same as the url of tha backlink
4) I create several html files and each of those files contains a batch of those backlinks
5) I upload all the files to that info domain server so the url looks like abc.info/file1.html
6) I take all those urls and create anchor links again with the help of http://anchorlinks.net/
7) I take those anchor links and seperate them in 2 batches, then I convert each batch into spinnable format .. {<a href=''></a>|<a href=''></a>}
8) I use AMR and use those 2 batches as my resource box content, and blast away
9) That in itself gets all the links crawled and indexed gradually, but still I submit those .info file urls to linklicious,pingfarm and bulkping

EDIT: Forgot to mention that sometimes I add some PLR articles to those html files as well, just to make it look like a legit content filled page
