Because moz is only valid ranking factor after pagerank gone, and this whole thread is centered around same thing.

Never was and never will be. It might have some correlation with Google positions, but definitely not 100% correlation and not even close. So, there is no point to be afraid of it.

Exactly! Moz is a third party and Google couldn't give two shits more about their ranks.
I could make my own ranking system. It wouldn't mean it would change anything in Google.
