Hello all,

I am a fairly successful eBay entrepreneur. I am currently selling $25,000 worth of cell phones per month on eBay. I am wondering how much people would pay for the following package:

1.) An eBook explaining where I get my inventory, how to sell properly, best practices for electronics sellers, etc.

2.) My purchase agreement that was written by a lawyer. This is used to protect me if I ever end up purchasing a cell phone that is lost or stolen.

3.) A listing template to use (professionally designed)

4.) More most likely

I know that this is just in the planning stages, but I am trying to decide if this is worth it. I know that people can make money doing what I do.

So, what would you pay for this?

Thanks!

WHY on earth do you want to flood your niche?

I just do not get it.

I am interested to learn it.The rate you decide ,i am ready to pay but i am not that much rich.I can pay reasonable rate because they are tons of free guides available online

Not trying to sound like an a** but, unless you can guarantee a ton of item views and high "best match" results your guide ain't worth much to me as far as ebay sales. You can have 10,000 items listed on ebay, but if you get minimal to no views you won't sell much.

im interested for information, like antboy said, item views are key to surviving in the ebay business

I am interesting too, I have been thinking long time ago to start selling on ebay but, i don't know where to start from.

I will buy it if it is for a reasonable price.

Thanks

If your selling 25K$ volume and this is your main business model why in the world would you create a book ? Smarter thing to do IMO is create your own coaching program .

Great idea. I tried to post a similar guide here previously but got so frustrated that I was triggering some sort of posting violation that I just gave up. Never thought about charging for it though. I only sell a few thousand worth per month but we are steadily increasing. I'm sure that some people would pay for this information. You should target the big sellers on Ebay too. A lot of them are pretty clueless and end up getting the lowest price on their items if they even sell at all. I am always surprised at how we are able to sell the same item for 20-30% more than companies like Gazelle.

Good luck.

I don't think its a good idea to spend time in making an ebook to sell. You're already grossing $25000/month.

It could be good, if you sell limite copies + huge protection. Maybe on website were people need to login and then they can view guide

If you really making $25k , and you could sell 100 copies for $100 then yeah. I think it would be worth, price is huge, but i dont think that 100 people would make this method oversaturated ebay is huge

Maybe dont make ebook, upscale what you do and make more money :)

2nd to that

If I were you, I would sell the book for $99 a piece and rightful license for $699. With enough pictures showing who you are and your earnings, you'll get attention quick.

If I got some sort of legit proof, like a link to your eBay Store, Receipts or E-mails I would probably pay around $100 for it.

Also I wouldn't buy it if you were to sell unlimited copies because it would eventually get saturated.

Give away a lite version of the e-book, heavily edited, to get people to join your list. Pitch the course to your list to get them to buy into your membership site.

The membership should cost at least $100 to give it value to the members, and keep them from giving a lot of copies away. Most people will hesitate to give away something they paid $100 for, and if you implore members not to share outside of the membership, you will delay market saturation.

Give them the full e-book and video tutorials as a member, upsell the template, legal stuff, and more. $35 for the template, $15 for the legal papers, and ? for the more will get you a solid $50 more revenue per sale, people are lazy, and want you to spoon feed them, they will buy these upsells.

If you will sell membership for under $20 this is tailor made for a WSO. Lose money on every deal and make it up in upsells as it were.

Look into niches besides cell phones where this can be applied and develop "modules" as an add-on.
And of course, put everyone on your list.
Share the whole deal to a few select (ahem :itsme:) people for testimonials and use the best ones in your sales copy. If you go WSO, I would not make it niche specific unless that is all you know how to sell.

Also, get a real sales page made by a real copywriter who does it for a living. Don't wing it.

i'd be very interested. my main concern in selling used phones is avoiding stolen phones.

Yes, like the above person I do have great concern for stolen phones. However, I'd say I would value that at around $80, maybe more.

Coaching would be the big thing. I'm doing something similar right now and could use some advice and I wouldn't mind sharing the revenue from that. Message me if interested.
