Guide for creating a profitable site?

I have a few sites that I have built for my own personal portfolio.
One of these sites could be used for dropshipping or as an online store.

I am not completely finished with it but I am nearing the latter stages.

Is there a guide on the forum, or some sort of checklist, that details the things
a site should have or look like before it is deemed 'ready'?

I will continue reading through the site but if anyone can guide me, I would be very
grateful.

There's so set checklist per se just sort of general guidelines, a few searches on google will help with a more comprehensive list.

Aside from that I'd do a soft launch of the website and show it to mentors, friends, families, etc first and get their input. Having a fresh set of eyes on the website helps notice any little thing to change or any errors you missed while creating it.

I would make sure the loading time is good, for instance.
