Discovered this by accident when I tried out Bing Webmaster Tools, which unlike Google's allows you to see any backlinks known by Bing of any site!
Step 1: Go to bing webmaster tools and add at least one website, doesn't need to be worth anything.
Step 2: Click on the Backlinks section & now you can view "backlinks for any site". For this example I'm going to show BHW.
I tried this on a site I owned and it showed all the links I bought from the marketplace (hidden from Semrush & AHREFS). Not sure how well known this is, no way for a PBN owner to circumvent this other than to block bingbot (which would have SEO consequences).
You can also use bing webmaster tools to checkout any expired domain you're considering buying for obvious spam.
