[Guide] Dealing With Scrapebox's Annoying New Proxy Handler

Sorry Sweetfunny, but unless I am missing something very obvious the new proxy manager can be very annoying...

While it is very handy to be able to test IP and Google separately, I really miss the "Remove Failed Proxies" in the Clean-Up. Most of us (public proxy users) are throwing in a thousand or so proxies, hitting test, and stopping when we get to about 25 good proxies.

The problem is if you want to test for "Google Pass", you can't stop midway through testing and remove all the bad results because you haven't tested IP yet.

There is a simple solution though

1. Throw all your proxies into the manager and hit test with the ignore Google box unchecked.
2. Wait until you get your desired amount, hit abort. I usually go for about 35 since they are public.
3. Now since we can't export, just click on the Header twice that says "Google" (the top of the column). This will put the passing Google results at the top.
4. Now remember about how many proxies passed and run another test, this time check the "Ignore Google Box". The ones that passed Google will be tested first.
5. 95% of the proxies that passed Google will pas an IP test. So wait until you are done IP testing on the good Google ones (about 35 for me). You can now export these (just hit export good proxies) to the main list.

Some proxies that didn't pass Google might have snuck in there. Just run another test on the 35 or so proxies that you harvested and this time don't ignore google, and wait for both proxy tests to go through.

Nice guide but I mostly use the old harvester


I don't see any difference between them tho... and I've tested them both

yup same here old proxie manager all the time
still averaging 800-1k Google passed proxies a day
find the old manager more reliable on these settings

settings > adjust max connection > proxy harvester 30
settings > adjust timeout settings > proxy harvester time out 45
settings > adjust multi thread harvester >3
options > use new proxy harvester > do not check mark it.

but so far no problems with google passing proxies
