also im honestly not really familiar with link building that isnt spammy, so here it goes:

build a list of good web 2.0 properties, lets say i find 100, make an account and post a high quality articles 100% unique from content writers. lets say 1000 words each. back links are in the articles or on site somewhere all nice and different.

now im assuming that will work pretty well. once im done. would it be smart to wait a little bit and then just run down the list again and again and again?

It's ok Mak111, and yeah that's not a bad concept at all - the interesting thing about Penguin is that it is focusing on content getting away from algorithmatic principles and focusing on the user. While right now it still focuses on balancing in the future as we see Penguin and other updates evolve user centric content and guest posts/articles are going to be so crucial to your website. I think there will be a huge overlap between SEO and public relations in the future and that's the approach I am taking with all my content. I want Google to read it, but I want it to be a valuable promotion piece if a person was to read it too

When you are beginning new campaigns how do you lay out where your starting point is?

I know you stated this:

• 5% Primary (Authority) Backlinks
• 5% High End Contextual Backlinks
• 10% Mixed backlinking
• 80% Web2.0

And that Primary (Authority) Backlinks are 75% of your budget, but where do you start? Or do you just do them all at once with NO ping and let them get crawled when they get crawled naturally?

Also, how do you determine velocity/speed of links to keep a natural look?
