For my 100th post I thought I'd do one of these backlink guides posts. I've searched the forum but haven't seen mention of this site before, so here's a guide to getting d0follow contextual links from experiment .com!
Experiment .com is currently DR73, TF47 and DA63 for those of you interested in third party metrics.
1) Visit the register page
and click sign up with email, then fill in the form and the recaptcha that comes after it. What's good here is that you can currently put any random email address you want in the email field, as the site doesn't send out any email verification emails!

2) You should be taken to a 'thankyou for registering' page. Next, click on the little avatar icon in the top right, next to the beaker icon. Then click on 'settings' in the dropdown menu that appears.

3) This is the form for us to (ab)use. The box we're interested in is the 'about you' section. This is where you paste your article. We only have max 2000 characters to work with here, but that's easily enough for 300+ words. I mainly see people just paste a url into their about you section, but you can use the small toolbar above the box to set your contextual links - simply highlight the text you want to be the anchor and click the 'link' button. You can fill in other fields in the form too if you want - I like to put an article title in the 'professional title' box.
4) After submitting the form and getting a 'successfully updated' message, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the 'view my profile' button. And there you have it, a page with your d0follow contextual link.
Extra Step 1) The page will be orphaned, so you will need to build some links to it to get it indexed. Alternatively you can visit a project page and submit a comment to get an internal link to your profile page. Visit
to find a random project, click on the 'discussion' tab and write a comment about the project. This may increase the probability your profile is moderated, so don't be spammy.
There you have it, happy backlinking!
