guidance to get leads

Hi guys,
I've been working on a website for past 4 months, I posted articles regularly and did social sharing and onpage was good, speed was good, everything was fine. the keywords started from 80 and were improving slowly. they were at 30s when everything went to zero. what can be the reason? how can i know what to fix and where? i didn't do any blackhat technique or bought backlinks. the backlinks were less but organic.
any guidance would be appreciated to recover the rankings
