Guidance needed for new recruiter

Hey fellow BHW members,

as you can see I'm pretty new on this forum and I'm trying to understand the forum better, but it's going pretty hard.

So I have 2 things I need help with currently:
1. A place or a thread to ask simple questions like - where to find anything or where to ask something or specifically who to ask;
2. I'm building a agency in which I'm recruiting people from EU/USA to open up Outlier/LinkedIn/Upwork accounts to rent them out for other people to get a job. Where would be the best place to find these leads who could be interested to open up those accounts for a great profit margin?

Hey man, no worries, navigating a new forum can be a real pain! For those quick questions, like "where do I find X," honestly, just try the newbie section or general discussion. Usually, people are pretty chill and happy to point you in the right direction. You could also just search the forum first, someone might have already asked the same thing. As for your agency thing... that's a bit trickier. Renting out accounts might be against the rules of those platforms, so tread carefully. Finding leads who'd be up for that... I'm thinking maybe some freelance marketplaces or online job boards? You could try advertising there or even networking in relevant groups. Just be upfront about what you're offering and make sure it's legit. Good luck with it!
