GUI for Google Text to Speech?

I'm looking for a GUI for the current text to speech API from Google.

I could code it myself, but if it's already made, I could save some time on the process

I've been searching but I cannot find anything for the new API (I've seen some simple snippets with JS for the old API)

do you have a sample in mind?
