What is the meaning of guestographics? Are these similar to the infographics?

It is “guest post” with an “infographic”.

Yes, the whole point of them is that they are better than regular guest posts as visual content gets shared/linked to a lot more than just articles. As such you may get picked up by bigger editorial sites who post you infographic and or it could go viral and on social media. More chance of getting links. Some infographics have hundreds/thousands of links. Therefore your costs per link can go down considerably low. Lots of high quality links = massive benefit SEO wise. add some internal links from your infographic posts on your blog to money pages and you get that link juice flowing very nicely.
