I think there was a time when guests could post.

And/or maybe also some other scenarios where old posts come up as guest if it was posted with an account that no longer exists.

I asked about this once before. I remember there being "guest" accounts on some of the old 2007 threads prior to the forum migration, but in the case of that screenshot, I think that one was a glitch or something like that during the forum migration that affected a handful of posts.
