guest wifi passwords

Is there a way to access guest wifi without having the password? Is this different or easier than the main wifi account? Program to generate passwords ok the Web tab requiring it?

Anyone have any experience on this? I am trying to avoid Reaver and intensive brute force but may do that if I need to. I'm simply trying to stay anonymous, nothing illegal (outside of hopping on a near WIFI). I am tired of TOR IP's being blacklisted from every website on the web, making it impossible to get anything done.
Here is what I see to help me:
-A full listing of the usual auto established guest passwords routers use.
-A program that would generate from a dictionary file all potential passwords for the Guest WIFI access and apply them to the first webpage that pops up requesting the guest password.
