Guest posting on .ca/.es/others websites

Hi there,

I have a client that is looking for guest posts from different countries. We are now looking for Canadian, Spanish and South-american websites, and I was wondering... where should I ask for someone that might have them? I have seen the Link Building section in the Marketplace but it looks like there's only threads of people selling and I can't figure out who is selling for those countries.

So I figured I should ask here for some hints and maybe someone can help me get those
