What is the best platform to find guest posting clients?

Everywhere there's a community of website owners is a potential source of clients. That includes, facebook groups, reddit subs, BHW and everywhere else.
Before trying to sell on any of these platforms, ensure to learn how things work on those platforms. An example is BHW, you must be a Jr.VIP to sell on the forum.

recommend you search from bhw, as seller here won't do hankey pankey stuff.
while other platform, a lot of seller packaging it nicely, selling you crap. Except you have the skills set to analyst their services before you buy.

The best platform for finding guest post is really to just do Google searches.
Look for phrases like “right for us” and others.
When you do guest post, keep in mind that paid guest post can be problematic especially if the link source has a very loose editorial policy.
You have to remember that if they are going to easily publish your guest post in exchange for payment, chances are they would also easily publish other link builder's links that way.
Where's the problem?
Well, if a link spammer gets a backlink from your guest
post link source and they get penalized, it's probably only a matter of time until the whole network gets reviewed by Google and there might be some blowback when it comes to your links.
I would suggest that you look for high authority, high-quality websites that are solidly in your niche that have actual organic traffic.
Reach out to them with your content and social media posts and see if you can get an organic guest post.
This, of course, takes quite a bit more time and effort, but it's definitely worth it because the links are more sustainable and the quality of the backlinks you get are so much better than just random paid backlinks from PBNs.

There are several platforms available to find gust post clients, but the BHW is the optimum one right now.

That is he is not buyer but seller or most likely reseller.
To answer the question, there are not much clients who wanna buy.
Most buyers are seo agency who wanna buy to rank their clients.
If you are a reseller is really a tough situation like there is client who will pay seo agency who will you(OP) then you pay website owner. So as you can see it's 3 layers where there is cut on sales by each layer.
So how much bang for bucks that is eanking inprovent client is getting not much.
This is a oversturated and increasingly failing business model, as guest post becomes less effective with each google update.
