Guest Posting is impactful but in which case? Free Posting or Paid posting. Because mostly guest posting sites allow paid postings only.

This is epic tbh. Also you can join Facebook blogger groups, post there and build relationship with bloggers in your niche to get them posted about your website :)
 
Such quality sites with traffic are hard to find. Even if you find such, you will have to pass through their approval process. Instead, find sponsored post within your budget. What's your niche anyway?

Instead of budget, I set the total number of links I need to get within a month or two depending upon competition estimation. When it comes to budget, I don't spend more than 75$ on a site with less than 100K Ahrefs traffic.
