It's a German site and I want to use it for my German keywords, I could publish my article for 49€ there. Do you think it's worth it?

I'd say as long as it's a quality publication, there's no reason you wouldn't want an editorial guest post link in your site's backlink profile.

Look at their analytics, do they get traffic of interest to you? Guest posts should refer direct traffic to you as well.
