I suggest you check on http://buzzsumo.com/ site. Search using your niche topic and you will find a bunch of sites there. Then check on MOZ the DA and PA of the sites.

Hire a freelancer to do some outreach for you, or at least find you the list. Don't come here expecting people will hand you a list of high quality sites which will accept your link. That kind of stuff is valuable, you're going to have to DIY or pay for it.
