How do I out reach to different websites and blogs as a SEO representing several clients in different niches?

I have read many articles and forum post with great information about the different ways to connect, what to say in emails, etc... But being an SEO you don't want the site your trying to guest post on
know your a SEO just trying to get a backlink.

I'm thinking the best thing to do is create a fake person for each niche so the person I'm reaching out to doesn't think i'm SEO.

Does anyone have another idea or experience with this?

IMO, these are the best guides for you to read now.

Here is some quick and dirty steps. There is a lot more you can do to help compliment these steps.

Step 1. Create HQ/high value content on your client's site that is worth sharing/reading

Step 2. Get email address with w/ your clients domain ie [email protected]

Step 3. Gather/scrape emails from relevant websites in your client's niche/verticle

Step 4. Draft email template for outreach (make it good)

Step 5. Send out emails in mass (which can be automated)

You can find some really useful tools and service to help with and automate these steps. Just have to do your research or pay a consultant.

Creating personas is always a great idea. When I was doing this at scale, I used Buzzstream to keep everything organized. I suggest you look into it and, if it's still available, take the free trial. I got a huge productivity boost over my old system, which was spreadsheets and webmail.
