Hi, someone is offering me a guest post or a blog roll or their PR5 site which is relevant to my niche. Which one should I take?

Guest Post, if their blog is decent quality and doesn't come across as if it sells links. I'd avoid a blog roll as it's now not seen as what it was originally intended to be.
