why don't you google the above and then look for ways to reach blogs in your area/niche, so you can be relevant

use search footprint and for finding guest post because no one can provide you guest posting because. how can we determine about which niches you want.

Sort them out by web authority and relevancy.
People nowadays just pick any site just to put in a blog post to get a link while altogether missing out the main point of the guest post which is to get exposure to the blog's audience.
Right now, I'm playing with Ahrefs' Content Explorer to find bloggers who are also influencers.
Buzzsumo is also the favorite of the majority of bloggers.

try to get links for domains that have good metrics from MOZ, majestic and ahrefs. these metrics are obtained by good link building and hence if the domain that you approach for guest blogging have decent metrics you can perform well at SERPs . BHW is a nice place to obtain such links.
