Is it because of the traffic?

This is a product that companies are required to have by law. ie: Florist Training Manual

I am about to get FloristTrainingManual.com. I thought the domain name being the exact name of the product people had to have would make it more valuable for SEO.

Does that no longer matter or does it still have some value? The product sells for $150-$400 (depending on the website)

Is it expired at all? It seems pretty basic. If you looked into the competition, which I haven't, you should get a decent idea about how easily it could rank, which could potentially push the price up a couple of dollars.

With Affiliate Marketing it can increase some dollars in the pocket, i would say with that little it can be worth around $50

I cannot say the name of the domain, but I will be paying $450 for it. I will sell my own product on it and will promote it on AdWords but I will not have AdWords on the site. The product I sell is bout $150-$250.
