GUARANTEED top 10 position overnight

It's actually a pretty decent share but the question is, is such a keyword exist? 6600 local monthly searches and 9 competition?

I think that is a good one i would go for it for sure :) and also outsource 80 % of the hard work....

where do you see 9 exact match local competition and what's that about? I use adwords but only see low, med and high competition..

It doesn't seem too complex a concept to me

...and YES, YOU ARE LAZY.....
lazy lazy lazy
even lazier than me...
You might not make much money, but the ROI would STILL be damn good.
and if it's not, you can still make a WSO out of it :p

Wonder if it's worth the half-an-hour it'd take me to set up a site for this one... After all, I'm a self-admitted lazyass. :D

:D sounds familiar ... I could spend 40 hours in a row coming up with some fancy php script though ... but when it comes to content creation and the likes

I have the same question...I'm quite familiar with G's KY tool, but the phrase "9 exact match local competition" doesn't make sense in reference to the tool...

OP: are you using some other tool to look at competition, such as TT?

9 exact match local competition

what does that mean?

Not likely, that would mean even more work. :D

You click on the keyword when it displays in the results and it takes you to a search results page for the keyword in quotes, where it says something like "About 2,391 results (0.19 seconds)".

UPDATE

I actually got off my ass and threw up a highly optimized page on a site of mine and pinged it.

#5 for exact match search
#21 for broad match search
0 for cash search, still haven't gotten off my ass to put up any ads. :D

Was this a lucky find and are you just gloating, or is there an actual niche research strategy you use?

I have an actual niche research strategy I use, yes. Although I'd have to admit finding a keyword with only 9 competition was a bit lucky. Normally I go for keywords below 5000 competition, which you can rank for relatively easy.

Do you just use the competition filter in the adwords tool and set it really low or what?
