I am planning to register for GST.
But, not sure about the invoice format and return format.
Now this letter of undertaking.
CA in my city does not understand anything about export of services.
He says sales under 40 lacs will have no problem. But, I need GST to be accepted by good payment processors.
Any suggestions from people who export web design and SEO from India to other countries

Registering for GST is a good thing
However, filing returns is the irritating part - you can manage to automate issue of e-invoices and reporting using one of many GST tools online - Zoho, Cleartax, etc.

If you are going to exclusively EXPORT SERVICES ABROAD, you need to register for GST, but you need not levy GST.
Export of Goods and Services come under Zero Rated Supply, therefore exempted from GST.

Cleartax's page on this topic is always updated and is a good place to start.

Also refer to the http://www.gstcouncil.gov.in/gst-practitioner for details

CAs don't have much idea, but GST Practitioners will be able to guide you and file the paperwork for you at nominal cost. Seek out a GST Practitioner in your area using the 'https://services.gst.gov.in/services/locategstp' search engine from the https://services.gst.gov.in/.

if you want to register, even with less than 40 lac turnover you can, go find another CA.

return filing monthly will cost 800-1000 INR with less transactions
