Hi, I want to buy same. 8 Port GSM Modem and 128 Port Sim Bank. Could you work currently with your Devices ?
aminehero97 Were you able to send sms from it? i recently got a similar type of device from my uncle in malaysia, but there's a login and password that i cannot crack. 128 sim modem similar to your's have a USB type A Console port that's how i were able to get into it via running screen program on my linux pc.

How do you want to get an IP from it?
Isn't this type of device just for sending/receiving SMS and phone calls?
Usually there is some interface you can connect to to see all functions.
