GScrapper - better than scrapebox?

Scrapebox is the Best, Although I have both of them, been a waste if you ask me, Nothing to do with the software, It's just I'm now a Mac user & I don't have any websites at the moment, so all my paid tools are just sitting there not being used, it's hard to sell as well because no one knows you..
Anyway that's off topic, Scrapebox & Gscraper are both good to have, as you can do a multiple of things now, the Gscraper can do a few tricks scrapebox can't & vice Versa.
Mines up for grabs anyway.

its definitely faster than scrapebox so but it has less features compared to Scrapebox
The one is slow as hell and burn proxies after sometime scraping and the other get millions of results fast, in the end you will pay almost the same amount for proxies using scrapebox. For me, I prefer to pay like $10 more and get FAST scraping.

The proxies service of gscraper is a bit expensive. What do you guys use for Gscraper proxies?

The true strength of gscraper lies in its proxy service. If you want to be able to scrape 50 million+ domains per day, use Gscraper + proxy service. (When you use it this much, the proxy service is great value for money.)
For everything else, Scrapebox.

If speed is of interest, here is what Loopline achieved with ScrapeBox v2 he was able to crack the 1 million urls per minute mark which is insanely fast.

Damn, sb's come a long way since I last used it for scraping - I'll have to upgrade to v2 and revisit it.
Speed is very much of interest to me - 3500 threads is sick and beats Gscraper by 2000 (speaking in terms of volume only).
What proxy service did he use to achieve this? I take it it's not the server proxies you guys are working on?

Yes SBv2 is fast, very fast and its possible to harvest with uber speed but to get such speed you need more than ton of proxies and $500 a month wont be enough to get such proxies.
Btw these results were possible with my own proxy service. Maybe soon this service will be publicly available.

both products have there merits gscraper is a very fast scraper
scrapebox is a multipurpose product although a little slower on the scraping
is made up with the abundance of features it has, also with the new scrapebox
2.0 beta in test, wouldnt surprise me to see scrapebox scrape speeds increase alot

Have you checked out the vids and screens in the sales thread Tony? Im seeing Scrapebox 2.0 beta scrape 1 million urls per minute FASTER then Ive ever seen anyone post Gscraper as scraping. From google I mean. Meaning I think the fastest Ive ever seen Gscraper scraping is around 300K or 350K urls per minute and SB 2 is Scraping at 1.3 million urls per minute. Im sure SB could go faster, but thats as fast as Ive seen anyone have the proxies to push it. I wouldn't be surprised if SB 2 could approach the 2 million+ urls per minute mark if you had the proxies to do it.

I am using GScraper an really love it. I also use GSA Captcha Breaker as a server and love it. My Scrapbox ties into it. As far as GScraper I would not say that it replace scrapebox as Scrapebox can so so much, rather it is more of a complement to Scrapebox.
