Not sure how you can claim it can beat SB if you don't seem to have even tried it and want someone else to review it.

The information on that site claims that ScrapeBox is not user friendly, and does not support customizable scraping or automation.

That's factually incorrect. ScrapeBox is one of the best scrapers around with a proven track record and good support.

2 things of minor importance that no one seems to have noticed about GScraper: Firstly, the software has no malware and phishing filter. Secondly, it scrapes a lot of crapp that you cannot post to, making it grossly inefficient.

Scrapebox is the best scrapper for me.
But this tool is good and will be my #2 scrapper.

My opinion is that nothing can compete with scrapebox.
I use it 8-10 hours a day filitering till i get the perfect list, then i manually post.

Also the page-scanner plugin owns =) one of my favorite features.

Never tried it, all I know is Gscraper constantly bombs my websites with spam messages.

For your information, Scrapebox just added a new free addon (Article scraper). Gscraper is good and I have bought it. But Scrapebox still rules. For God's sake, competition is good in business and must be encouraged. It keeps dominating products in check against unnecessary monopoly and slack in quality.

Please guys stop being biased. Haven't you guys noticed that Scrapebox reduced the frequency of their updates compared to last years? People loves Scrapebox (including me) but Gscraper will make them know that they need to be more active to maintain the lead.

A question for all the gscraper uses out there (both paid and free):
what's your links/minute performance? Gscraper free is showing strange numbers like 0 or really low like 2000 and sometimes 30000.
Tested on 70 threads.

I'm having the same problem with pro version. At the beginning I have a good speed 20-25k links/min. But after few minutes/hours the speed drops down to 1-4k links/min. I posted my settings and scraping speed here.

I have both. I use gscraper for scraping and scrapebox for everything else. The main reason I use gscraper... I can see the urls while it scrapes, it can remove duplicates while it scrapes, and no 1 million limit. Those features alone are worth $38 to me. If scrapebox did that, then I would have no need for gscraper.

I had heard so many good things about Gscraper so after reading this thread I just bucked up and bought it. I'm sure I'll get my $38 worth at the very least. Plus, several people who own it told me the price will be raised in the beginning of May so im like what the hell, why not?

Anyone got a recent review of G-Scaper and their proxy service? I know the proxy service was lightening fast before (I had a little play when they offered a short trail), but I was hesitant about buying as I felt that surely the proxy service would degrade quite a lot when subscribers increased.
