Maybe it was not your lucky day. I've had some issues with Gscraper software in the past and they answered clearly and were patient. I even requested a refund and they had no problem with this.

This thread was started yesterday. When was your "experience in the past" and what bearing does it have in the present?
You must not have visited their forum in the last month and/or you are a free user who does not pay for their proxies. There are many open/unanswered threads that are currently in their forum - including the vip area. First the proxies die, then support dies then what comes next? Maybe the software will get updated as often as they are now providing support in their forum - never.

I said this thread was started just yesterday, not when the problems may have started. You must have overlooked where I said thread.

Not just for the proxies, but also for the authentication to use the software. Every fucking operation in the software calls back to the server to validate the license. The software does not work when their server if pure shit and does not answer the callbacks. I recall losing use of the software for complete days because it could not authenticate the license and their support was too busy to reboot their authentication server. If you are a licensed user, you almost have to crack the damn software because its continual calls home sometimes go unanswered. It even calls home during scraping and will freeze if their shit server fails to authenticate - once again losing many hours of scraping.

Since Gscraper scrapes so aggressively you really need a large amount of refreshing proxies.
Gscraper proxies does a great job for me. 5minutes running & 15,000 proxies received from their servers.
To really throttle Gscraper to the max and run it 24/7 you need shit-tons of fresh proxies, and so far I'm very happy with their service

Thanks for this thread... I'm considering to buy gscraper after tried their free version... but now I will reconsider after knowing they are too aggressive..

Their marketing strategy was to offer a cheap tool and increase the price few months after.
So, one Gscraper license was $38 - now is $68 and proxy services 1 month went from $48 to $66.
I also cancelled my proxy subscription from gscraper few days ago. I was using the plan $48.0/month, before they increase the price. Reason? Well, the proxies were very slow and they really don't worth $48.

Wanted to buy Gscraper and their proxy service but when their blog on the subdomain of their main domain (sry, I still can't post URLs due to my low post count) didn't load for me I searched for information on this forum and luckily found this thread!
Gonna give Rightproxy and Coolproxies a try. Any other suggestions? I need to rape Google. No typo.
