Gscraper Problem

I ordered Gscraper yesterday and never received a license key. I spoke with them on chat and they claim the email was sent. Checked all of my spam folders etc. and have nothing. I opened a support ticket and am not getting a response. Anybody know what's going on with them?

update:

I check our email sent log, and we sent you twice, now I sent again ,please check your email box(also spam box).

Due to safely, I sent the welcome letters to your PM.

Thank you I got it in my PM. Still not getting the emails though. I've checked my spam box. I actually have the spam filters turned off and I'm still not getting them. I'm getting other emails. Very strange, but thank you!
