GScraper Not Giving License - No Contact From Support

First off sorry if this is posted in the wrong section. I wasn't quite sure where to post this as I didn't want to do a shit list yet...

I recently bought GScraper for my company and they have yet to email me a license. I've emailed their support and also tried adding them on Skype, but no response yet. If anyone knows a better way to get in touch with them or their username here on BHW please let me know.

Also, I can't seem to find their sales thread using the forum search :( ... Anyone have a link?

Lastly, yes I checked my junk email repeatedly.

I would get a refund if I were you and stick with the good old scrapebox.
Gscraper is a mess lately, as their support as well. Can't scrape nothing with it.
 
I haven't used GScraper in a while, I'll have to fire it up at home. I've got a few personal licenses. I also have ScrapeBox at home so I'll check that out if GScraper fails me... Crazy thing is I just need to do a couple scrapes for my work and the license will pay for itself we don't need it for heavy usage.

I'll give GScraper a week or two to get back to me, but any longer than that and I'll do a refund or charge back. It's embarrassing, because I made this recommendation to my boss and now the GScraper team is MIA.

Damned, thats gotta hurt. I've been in a few of those situations myself in the past.
 
there sales thread was removed due to me for blatant avoiding.

1 - sales thread was opened aug 2013 - last posted on sept 2013.
there sales thread was used only to bounces sales from bhw to there site.
they avoided any help to bhw users, support almost never replies to tech help
unless u email them as a new buyer interested in there product. so for 1 time
in 8 years i opened my first shit thread and had all there stuff removed from bhw

Thanks @proxygo. Yeah, I'll give them up to two weeks to get their shit together and give me my damn license otherwise I'll ask my boss to do a charge back. It's a shame, because the software it self was solid idk why they'd need to turn to scamming people. I talked with one of their support guys a year or two ago and he was good at that time. So i dunno what's up with them now a days.
 
buyers of gscraper been waiting for them get there sht together for last 2 months
dont hold your breath demon cause about only thing working in gscraper is scraped
proxies about 5-10k urls a min
 
Just an update for you guys. The GScraper support finally got in touch with me and was able to send me my license key and extend my 7 day free proxy service that comes with the purchase. Not sure why it took them so long to get in touch, but I'll mark this matter resolved for now. Thanks for those who chimed in.
