GSC Page Fetch Failed - Crawl Anomaly??

Hi guys,

I tried to index one of my websites that has been massively deindexed in last few months.

I submitted three sitemap to GSC, but only 1 discover the proper urls, the other two sitemap discovered 0 urls.

Then, I do url inspection and submitted one url to force index. However, I found it comes up with "Crawl Anomaly" error

Does anyone know what problem on earth my website has? Any comments appreciated. cheers
