no indexers work anymore.... not like they used to anyway.
If you can, submit your links to google news approved websites as blog comments, get some social shares to them (retweets, FB shares, etc), or simply blast them with GSA / Xrumer / Scrapebox wikis, bookmarks, and auto-approve comments. Sometimes these do the trick.

I think that worth keep submitting links to the already indexed pages and do not speedup the process.
Just keep doing that regularly.
