Is it possible to pull all the data into an Excel sheet automatically instead of entering it manually? What would I need? Could the Google API or tool Claude/gpt help me set this up?

ofcourse if the data source has a API we can automate the entire process and have Excel or Google Sheets refresh the data automatically
