Does GSA URL Redirect PRO Works ? Does it improve google ranking for money site posts ? I would like to test this product but I am feared of my site will be penalized if I use too many redirects to my money site .How is your experience ?

I have tested it with my money site, built like 1500 tier 1 url shorteners, then as tier 2 and 3 like 100 000 more url shorteners. Blasted them with GSA spam and still did not get penalized after 5 weeks.
