Does WP LP counts as Web 2.0? Can I spam it with backlinks or should I creat tier 2 project for that?
Can I spam YT vids as well or theres a limit?

So for tier 3 I must create tier1 and tier2 backlinks. I can just spam my Wordpress site with tier3 links right?
